As we all develop in size so does our home furniture. This is very true of beds, this is important as there is nothing worse than making an attempt to sleep on a bed that is so little we are constantly falling off, or almost falling off, the edge. The negative thing about bigger beds is that they take up big amounts of space and they are expensive.
Our homes are getting smaller and the cost of oversized king bedding isn't affordable. This is all adding up to us having huge beds that dominate our bedrooms and between the cost of the bed and the king sized bedding we are paying out more than ever just to get some sleep. Thus is it a case of the beds being too big or the people making an attempt to squeeze into them need to lose some weight so they can comfortably fit into a smaller bed.
Being able to use smaller sized beds may not seem to be a major thing, but if it signifies that we are losing weight along the way then it is a really important thing. Too many Americans are overweight and buying bigger and bigger beds, clothing as well as cars is one way they disguise the fact that they are expanding past what is healthy or comfortable.
If you cannot stroll around your bed comfortably without having to climb on top of a piece of bedroom furniture then your bed is just too big. If you can't close your bedroom door then your bed is too huge for the space it is in. Being overweight could cause many issues anything from sleep apnea to a total loss of libido, neither of which is much fun for you or your partner.
